This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the Africa Bid Hub platform and services provided by Africa Bid Group (Pty) Ltd. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy.

Africa Bid Hub is a business-to-business SaaS platform for tender intelligence, opportunity matching, proposal preparation and document management. It is intended for legitimate businesses, consultants and organisations pursuing public and private sector contracts.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading conduct;
• submit tender or proposal information that is false, plagiarised or misleading;
• infringe any intellectual property, confidentiality or proprietary right;
• distribute malware, viruses or other harmful code;
• probe, scan, scrape or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorisation;
• circumvent access controls, rate limits or subscription restrictions;
• send unsolicited bulk communications or spam;
• harass, abuse or discriminate against other users or our staff;
• use the Service in any way that could damage our reputation or the integrity of public procurement processes.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. You grant Africa Bid Group a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to review, remove, restrict or suspend access to content or accounts that violate this policy. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account termination.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this policy, please report it to africabidgroup@gmail.com.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
