Refund Policy

At Africa Bid Group (Pty) Ltd, we strive to deliver valuable tender opportunities and professional bid management services through Africa Bid Hub.
Our subscription plans provide immediate access to proprietary tender intelligence, AI-assisted matching, business analysis and professional consulting services. As these services begin immediately upon activation, our refund policy differs from that of businesses selling physical goods.
Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once your subscription has been activated.
Upon activation, your subscription immediately provides access to services including, where applicable:
- Tender search functionality
- AI-assisted tender matching
- Tender intelligence
- Business DNA analysis
- Opportunity recommendations
- Compliance assessments
- Consultant support
- Proposal preparation
- Bid management services
Because these services commence immediately, subscription fees cannot be refunded once access has been granted.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation prevents future renewals.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- No additional charges will be made after cancellation unless you choose to reactivate your subscription.
Professional Services
Where Africa Bid Group has commenced professional consulting services—including proposal preparation, compliance reviews, document assessments, consultant support or bid management—those services are considered delivered as work is performed and are not refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
Africa Bid Group may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments
- Billing errors
- Technical issues preventing access to the service for an extended period
- Other circumstances deemed appropriate by Africa Bid Group
Approval of any refund remains entirely at the discretion of Africa Bid Group unless otherwise required by applicable law.
